6　General Layout

6.1　General Requirements

6.1.1　The main facilities within the water-sealed cavern storage should be laid out in different areas according to Table 6.1.1.

Note:The shaft operation area shall be classified into the underground production area if it is located in the operation tunnel.

6.1.2　The surface facilities of the water-sealed cavern storage should be located over the underground production area.

6.1.3　On the premise of complying with the functional and fire protection requirements，the surface buildings or structures that are similar in properties should be merged.
