7.3 Primary Systems of Project Management

7.3.1 Project management departments shall establish the following systems of project management:

1 System for review of technical documents.

2 System for unpacking inspection of raw materials,fittings and equipment.

3 System for construction quality assessment.

4 System for verification of engineering measuring and payment for the project.

5 Meeting system.

6 System for emergency countermeasures and reports.

7 System for inspection and acceptance of hidden construction projects.

8 System for on-key words supervising,sampling witness and submitted documents.

9 System for project information management.

10 System for internal management of project management departments.

11 System for management of occupational health,safety and environment.

12 System for emergency schemes and responses.

7.3.2 Project management departments could add other systems of project management as per construction characteristics and construction project management requirements.
