7.2　Primary Methods for Project Management

7.2.1　Document review.Project management departments shall review construction documents submitted by contractors in accordance with laws，rules，regulations，standards，specifications and contracts of the country and relevant professions；and sign opinions on project management.

7.2.2　Patrol inspecting.Site supervisors shall make patrol inspecting on being conducted projects and procedures regularly or irregularly.

7.2.3　Sampling witness.Raw materials and samples tested in labs as required，shall be witnessed，sealed and approved by site supervisors.

7.2.4　On-key words supervising.Management staff shall implement continuous and overall on-key words supervising and examination on construction quality and safety of key parts and procedures of construction project as per the project management contract.

7.2.5　Parallel testing.Project management departments shall necessarily carry out independent or commissioned inspections or tests in certain scale on the basis of contractors'self-checking in case of necessary.

7.2.6　Issuing documents and orders.Project management departments shall control the construction procedure through signing and issuing meeting minutes，management contact lists and notices from management engineers.

7.2.7　Coordination.Project management departments shall take coordinated actions to solve the problems and disputes over project construction，so as to agree with each other and realize intended targets.

7.2.8　Signature.Project management departments shall verify the quality assessment data，alternation，negotiation and application of construction project.
