6.2　Sublance

6.2.1　The rotating device shall be installed according to the following requirements:

1　The rotating frame（rotating platform）shall be assembled according to the preassembly mark and the requirement of the design technical document.The connecting bolts shall be tightened by torque wrench and the tightening force shall meet the requirement of the design technical document.

2　The rotating frame shall be installed based on the rotation axis.The longitudinal and horizontal center lines shall be adjusted，and the measurement by plumb wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.The elevation shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±2.0mm.The levelness or verticality shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 0.10/1000.

3　The rotation driving mechanism shall be cleaned and assembled according to related requirements of the design technical document or the current national standard General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering GB 50231.

6.2.2　The lifting device for sublance shall be installed according to the following requirements:

1　During installation，the rotating frame（rotating platform）should be at the working position of sublance.

2　The lifting guide rail for the sublance's trolley shall be installed according to the following requirements:

1）During installation，the guide rail shall be positioned based on the center of converter.The longitudinal and horizontal center lines should be measured by plumb wire，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.

2）The verticality shall be adjusted，and the measurement by suspension wire or by theodolite should be carried out，with the allowable deviation and that for the overall length of 0.5/1000 and 3.0mm respectively.

3）The joint clearance shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler or feeler gauge should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.

4）The joint off-set shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 0.5mm.

3　The speed reducer，winding drum and pulley of lifting transmitting mechanism for sublance's trolley shall be positioned based on the guide rail of the trolley and in accordance with the following requirements:

1）The longitudinal and horizontal center lines shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 2.0mm.

2）The elevation shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±2.0mm.

3）The levelness shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 0.1/1000.

4）The couplings shall be assembled in according to related requirements of current national standard General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering GB 50231.

4　The lifting trolley for sublance shall be installed according to the following requirements:

1）The clearance between the idler pulley and the guide rail for the trolley shall be adjusted，and the measurement by feeler gauge should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.

2）The clearance between the friction plate of the rope breaking（rope slack）protective device's brake frame and the guide rail shall be adjusted in accordance with the requirement of the design technical document.

3）A load sensor and a pressure transmitter for the rope breaking and overtension protection device shall be installed together with the short conducting wire.

6.2.3　The locking device under the guide rail of lifting trolley and that of rotating frame shall be installed，and the allowable deviation for their coordinate and elevation shall conform to the requirement of the design technical document.

6.2.4　The sublance must be subject to a hydrostatic test according to the requirement of the design technical document.

6.2.5　The sublance shall be installed in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The straightness of the sublance shall be checked according to the requirement of the design technical document，and it shall be protected against being twisted or deformed in case of lifting.

2　The sublance shall be adjusted to be centered with the center of the mouth for sublance above the hood（hot state position），with the allowable deviation of 4.0mm.

6.2.6　All limiting devices for the sublance shall be installed in accordance with the requirement of the design technical document.Their final positions shall be adjusted and determined during the test run.
