—Study on the Intermediary Role of Military Relations Based on Double Chiefs

Abstract: The paper aims for further study on the military governor's leadership style, and double military chiefs'relationship in the relationship between leadership style and the army governance in order to provide empirical research for control forces. In this study, a questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the 146 soldiers from 146 troops. The two heads of the relationship have a mediating effect on the relationship between leadership style and governance in the army. When double military chiefs are in a harmonious relationship, leadership style of military officers did not produce significant influence; when not harmonious, leadership style of interpersonal orientation in military officers produced negative influence and task-oriented political officers produced negative impact. Therefore, it should be fully aware that the harmonious relationship between the double military chiefs is important to control the army, and it is also essential to strengthen political work cadres, interpersonal communication ability.
