第1章 MY CAT 我的猫

I have a cat,

Its name is Tit;

And by the fire

It loves to sit.

From off the rug

It scarce will stir,

But there will sit

All day and purr.

Each day I bring

Its dish of milk,

And smooth its coat

To shine like silk.

And on my knee

It oft will sit;

And I love it.
