Utilize the best practice for your deployment and maximize ROI. There are tons of organizations using it, and a number of use cases are available widely on the internet. Research what you need and what you are trying to achieve from your cloud investment. All in all, cloud is going to stay and soon will become the de facto standard in IT by creating huge footprint.
