Getting ready

1. Identify the set of base measures to create, the data source to validate against, and the subject matter experts
   • Reconcile differences in definitions between source systems and any custom logic applied in reports 
2. Request a project sponsor from a business organization to review and approve the definitions and validation
3. Identify any conflicts with existing business definitions and advise of complexity in implementing the measures
