①肉剁泥加入少许盐、少许淀粉、马蹄粒、香菇粒,用筷子用力打至起胶,做成四个大丸子。

②青菜烫熟后摆碟。锅中下油,将油温烧至130℃。将肉丸子炸至金黄熟透,捞起待用。
