3.2　Inspection and Acceptance of Equipment Foundation

Ⅰ　Main Control Items

3.2.1　The strength of equipment foundation should meet the requirements of design.

Number of examination:Total inspection.

Method of Inspection:Examine the data of foundation that are handed over and taken over.

3.2.2　The central line and datum point of elevation of foundation of machine set equipment should meet the requirements of design.

Number of examination:Total inspection.

Method of Inspection:Examine the measurement result table，and carry out the examination by observation.

Ⅱ　General Items

3.2.3　The position of axis of equipment foundation，elevation，size and position of anchor bolt should meet the requirements of design and the relevant specifications of national standard in effect:GB 50231"General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering".The position，elevation and size of embedded base plate of equipment foundation should meet the requirements of design.

Number of examination:All the items are examined.

Method of Inspection:Examine the reexamination record.

3.2.4　The greasy dirt，broken stone，earth，accumulated water on the surface of equipment foundation and in the reserved hole of anchor bolt should be cleared away fully.The thread of embedded anchor bolt and nut should be applied with the grease to protect it well.

Number of examination:All the items are examined.

Method of Inspection:Carry out the examination by observation.
