1　General Provisions

1.0.1　In order to increase the installation level of silicon steel production line，strengthen the quality control of process of construction，guarantee the quality of construction，achieve the objective of safety and environmental protection and having advanced technology，this code is hereby drawn up.

1.0.2　This code is suitable for the acceptance of installation and quality of engineering equipment of grain-oriented silicon steel production line.

1.0.3　The installation and acceptance of engineering equipment of grain-oriented silicon steel production line should conform to the regulations of relevant national standard in effect while it meets the requirements of this code.
