5.7　Test-run of Shearing Equipment

5.7.1　The Test-run should meet the following requirements:

1　The Test-run scheme compiled by the unit in charge of construction should be examined and approved by the chief supervisory engineer or the person in charge of project of the unit undertaking project.

2　The equipment and auxiliary device and pipeline should have been installed，and the quality record and data are complete.

3　The inspection of test run of hydraulic system，lubrication system，pneumatic system and electrical system should be completed and should meet the requirements of Test-run.

4　The materials，machines，tools，inspection or testing instruments needed for Test-run should meet the requirements of Test-run.

5　The equipment，pipeline of inlet and outlet and surrounding environment for Test-run should be cleaned up，and there should not be the operation with the dust，noise and vibration in the environment.

6　When there is not the special requirement for the time or frequency of Test-run of single equipment，the time or frequency should meet the following specifications:

1）The time of continuous operation of equipment that operates continuously should not be less than 2hours.

2）The reciprocating action of equipment that operates to and fro in the whole course or within the range of returning should not be less than 5times.

7　When there is not the special requirement for the temperature of bearing of Test-run of equipment，the temperature of bearing should meet the following specifications:

1）When the rolling bearing operates normally，the temperature rise of bearing should not exceed 40℃，and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80℃.

2）When the sliding bearing operates normally，the temperature rise of bearing should not exceed 35℃，and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃.

5.7.2　The action of limit switch of equipment should be correct，and the clutch and brake device should be sensitive and reliable.

5.7.3　The hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic cylinder of equipment should operate back and forth for 5times-10times，and the stroke and speed should meet the specifications of design drawing.

5.7.4　The shearing machine should operate continuously for 2-4hours in the Test-run.

5.7.5　In the course of operation，every driving part should turn freely and smoothly，without abnormal vibration and sound.

5.7.6　The fasteners and connecting fittings should not be loose.
