5.3　Project Management Facilities

5.3.1　Project management departments shall provide conventional testing equipment and tools that will meet the requirement of project management as the construction management contract agreed and in accordance with categories，scales，technical complexity and location environment of construction projects.

5.3.2　Project management departments shall implement computer assisted management in large and medium scale project management.

5.3.3　Owners shall provide office，transportation，communication and living facilities as the construction supervision contract agreed.Project management departments shall properly keep and use the facilities and return them to owners after the completion of project management.
