10　Installation of Ladle Refining Furnace

10.1　Track for Buggy Ladle

10.1.1　The track shall be installed according to the following requirements:

1　The longitudinal center line shall be adjusted，and the measurement by plumb wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 2.0mm.

2　The elevation shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±2.0mm.

3　The longitudinal levelness shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler or optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0/1000.

4　The distance between rails shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 2.0mm.

5　The height difference of two rails on the same cross section shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.

6　The joint off-set shall be adjusted，and the measurement by ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 0.5mm.

7　The joint clearance shall be adjusted，and the measurement by feeler gauge should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.

10.1.2　The track shall be butt welded in the way of thermite welding or copper backing welding.
