4　Equipment and Material Mobilization

4.1　Equipment Mobilization

4.1.1　The equipment mobilization scheme shall be specially prepared and the equipment shall be mobilized orderly under organization.

4.1.2　The equipment shall be subject to open package inspection，which shall meet the following requirements:

1　The owner，the engineering supervisor，manufacturer（or supplier）and construction contractor，etc.shall participate in the open package inspection.

2　The site for open package inspection shall be clean and protected against rain and dust.

3　The equipment shall be counted according to the packing list and their models and specifications shall be checked based on the design technical document.

4　The appearance quality of the equipment shall be checked to guarantee no damage，deformation or rust on its surface.

5　The equipment shall be accompanied with the quality qualification document，while the imported equipment shall be with the commodity inspection certificate of the custom.

6　The documentation attached with the packing，spare parts and special tools shall be counted and registered.

7　The open package inspection results shall be recorded and the procedures for equipment hand-over shall be handled.
