What on Earth Are They Competing for? — a Case Study on the War for the Control of China Vanke Co.

Abstract:A case study was performed in this paper on the upcoming war for the control of China Vanke Co., based on the differential analysis of the benefit of the control power of corporations.After a long and systematic study on four typical viewpoints about enterprise's financial goal, we set up the criteria of maximation of enterprise's value, which could be used to judge the characters in the competition of the control power of China Vanke Co.
