“I'm into...”这个句式后面可以跟名词，也可以动词的-ing形式。下面我们来看看这个句式在日常生活中的用法吧：

1．A: Why are you always staring at me？你为什么总是盯着我看？

B: I do? Do I? Um...I think I am into you.是吗？我有吗？呃……我想我喜欢上你了吧。

2．A: What do you do after work recently? It seems as if you could not wait to leave.最近下了班都做些什么啊？好像等不及要离开似的。

B: I'm into yoga and I have a class to attend after work.我迷上了瑜伽，下班了以后要去上课呢。

3．A: I'm into bungee jumping now．我迷上了蹦极。

B: Are you kidding? Where did you get that？你开玩笑的吧？怎么会迷上那个的？

“I'm into...”比起“I like doing...”程度更深一些，带有“痴迷”的意思，但是也隐含“一时兴起”的意味。

温馨提示：在口语中有“I'm into you.”的说法，和“I have a crush on you.”有些异曲同工之处。细想来这样的说法很奇妙，可以避开传统的“I like you.（我喜欢你。）”或是“I have fallen in love with you.（我爱上你了。）”也不至于把对方吓到，只不过是“有点感觉（而已）”。
