Biti Bandao real estate is a project of three phases which includes eight buildings, 60 stories and 3345 dwelling units, there are parking lot, outdoor swimming poor, private lounge, ‘Biti’ mall, community facilities and school net. You could see the seascape of Qing Ma Bridge at the south side, Jia Dun bakehouse at the east side, deep well at the west side and Tun Men highway at the north side. This case follows the modern design concept, creating a modern space which fits the surrounding environment. In order to get the best lighting and visual effect, the designer enlarges the viewfinder window by the seascape of Qing Ma Bridge, at the same time, borrowing the natural lighting while using the suitable materials to create the modern and fashionable atmosphere.

碧堤半岛分三期共8座，楼高60层以上，共有3345个住宅单位，有停车场、室外泳池、私人会所、商场“碧堤坊”、社区设施及学校网。南望青马大桥海景，东边是嘉顿面包厂，西面是深井，北面是屯门公路。本案秉承了现代设计的理念，在空间中打造了一处符合周围景致的现代空间。依托南边的青马大桥海景，设计师就地取材，将空间的取景窗口尽量放大，以便获得最佳的光线和视觉效果。同时，为了进一步呈现出空间的最佳视觉效果，在借助自然光线的基础上，内部空间也注重选取合适的材质打造空间的时尚现代感受。
