This is a space with two storeys, the designer uses rusting elements to link up these two storey, not only create abundant and multilevel spatial sense, but also has more spacious visual sense. In order to make the space appear more flexible, the designer uses the sliding door to divide the functional area.

Instead of the traditional TV setting wall, this case uses stainless podetium to decorate the TV setting wall. Wire chase and service hatch are hidden in the stainless podetium. Every detailed design of functional area and cabinet are with precise calculation. In addition, the partial furniture is made by TBDC as well which includes wardrobe of locker room, dining table, multifunctional tea table, toilet roll shelf and kitchen ware, and the kitchen ware is made of stainless steel cabinet and matched with the slivery table-board.

此案为两层楼空间，利用挑空的手法，锈蚀铁件延伸衔接两层楼，不仅创造出多层次的丰富的空间感，视觉呈现上也更为宽敞，区域分隔的部分，为了使得空间更有弹性，特别以拉门以及玻璃取代传统隔间墙。

有别于以往的电视墙，此案以不锈钢柱体来取代常见的电视墙，线槽及维修孔亦隐藏其中。机能及收纳的每一个细节皆是经过精密计算及多重考量而量身定制。值得一提的是，部分家具都是由TBDC规划订制设计，包括更衣室衣柜、餐桌、多功能茶几、卫生纸置物架以及厨具都是采用纯手工订制发色不锈钢柜体搭配特别的银狐台面。
