第1章 新时期我国竞技篮球项目后备人才培养研究

摘要：近几年来篮球运动项目总体发展步伐缓慢，竞赛成绩未能有所突破，尤其是在后备人才的培养方面存在许多弊端。因此，本研究以新时期我国竞技篮球项目后备人才模式研究为切入点，采用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计、综合研究等方法，从竞技篮球项目后备人才的界定与分类，竞技篮球项目后备人才培养模式，竞技篮球项目后备人才文化教育体系，竞技篮球项目后备人才竞赛与选拔体系，竞技篮球项目后备人才训练问题，社会主义市场经济与退役运动员安置问题6个方面进行深入的分析与探讨，旨在通过分析影响篮球运动发展规律及我国优秀篮球运动员成才规律的因素，总结国内外篮球竞技后备人才培养的经验，探索篮球运动员的教育培养规律，为我国优秀篮球运动员的培养提供启示与借鉴。

Summary：In recent year basketball event，particularly in terms of talent reserve cultivation，has developed more slowly than the others in China.By using the me thod of documentation，survey access，mathematical statistics，Comprehensive Research，we have the indepth analysis and discussion from six sections.Through the analysis of training mode and success experience，we have tried to summarize the experience about talent reserve cultivation of competitive at home and abroad and show the rules of education and training of basketball players.Ultimately，we would provide reference and enlightenment for the excellent training of basketball players in China.
